Height of Humanity
In this world’s sorrow
happiness disguises it-
hollow and meaningless,
thought it be.
In this world’s poverty and shame
There’s given a covering-
of fortune and fame.
In this world’s loneliness and vanity
there’s little time to be concerned
with lust and sin.
No matter if it’s right or wrong
self sings its own song.
Height of Humanity-
Where does it begin?
In my sorrow He became my joy
In return for my shame
He gave me His glory.
When I felt desperately alone
He taught my heart to sing
His sweet song!
In His pain healing was made mine
In His death I was delivered
from its sting.
When He arose again
He sent that priceless gift
unto the souls of men

God within!
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: John 1:12
Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. John 14:17,18
